1880052 - Publications no longer send to destination after upgraded to XI 3.1 Service Pack 6

Symptom

  • Migrated or newly created publication scheduled with dynamic recipients will successfully schedule; however the user does not receive the e-mail if the destination is e-mail or the file does not get save to file system if the location is file system.
  • The issue is happening with migrated publication as well as newly created publication.
  •  Below is the typical warnings we see in log of successful publication:
    “Unable to find any distributable documents in scope batch with ID 91,975. Please check your publication configuration and ensure that the CMS is running. (FBE60016)”.
  • Issue does NOT occur when enterprise recipient user is set.
