Symptom
Role owners are not able to change the rule set in access requests. Thus not able run the SOD analysis with appropriate rule set and not able approve the requests.
Multiple rule sets are defined in the system. When the access request is in role owner queue, the role owner is not able to change the rule set. the rule set option is selected as GLOBAL and greyed out.
