1880494 - Reports Containing Custom Fields Created via Crystal Reports Are Not Supported

The add-in Crystal Reports for SAP Business ByDesign, allows you to view Browser-Based reports as print layouts or to access analytic data from the SAP Business ByDesign system to Create or edit formatted reports.

The Cloud Support provide support only for the Objects and Content as shown from the Browser-Based report you based the formatted report on.

This may involve the content of Standard and Customized Objects which are available from the Browser-Based report and should correctly be displayed using the Data and Text folders of the Database Fields section in the Field Explorer.

Any customization made using Crystal Reports is Not Supported by the SAP ByDesign Support. Content and behavior of Customized Objects which are not created via the SAP ByDesign system cannot be guaranteed and consequently supported.

As such customizations are usually based on the Crystal Report functionalities and content you may use the Crystal Reports Support channels listed below for further help.
