Symptom

  • In SAP Solution Manager Technical Monitoring Workcenter, the BOE Server Availability metrics are gray

  • Viewing the Server Enabled State and Server Running State metrics gives an error "No data has been transferred to BI system up to now for metric Server Enabled State of instance <HOST>"
