Symptom
- While updating LDAP plugin, users intermittently or regularly receive the following error:
Security plugin error: An error has occurred in the plugin but the plugin is unable to return a detailed error message.
- Also in CMS traces following logs have been captured:
secLDAP CKerbSessionMgr::Initialize() caught xn: LoadDLL: caught CSharedLibraryXn: errcode: 0; reason: Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library /bobi_app/BOBI/sap_bobj/ent erprise_xi40/linux_x64/secSSO.so and failed because of error: [/bobi_app/BOBI/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x64/secSSO.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]. Second tried to load library /bobi_app/BOBI/sap_bobj/enterprise_xi40/linux_x64/libsecSSO.so and failed because of error: [libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]
