1881822 - Kernel 7.38 causes several dumps

After upgrading the kernel patch to version 7.38, some dumps start being displayed:

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program
    The current ABAP program "CL_ICF_SHM_AREA===============CP" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
    The following syntax error occurred in program "CL_SHM_AREA===================CP" in include "CL_SHM_AREA===================CM013" in line 1:
    "The kernel module "AB_SHMKMPROPAGATEAREA" is not registered for the implementation of method "_PROPAGATE_AREA" of class "CL_SHM_AREA"."
