1881915 - In the Web Viewer / HTML editor, using drag and drop to add or remove objects from the Query panel's Query Filter window does not work

Symptom

In the Web Viewer / HTML editor, using Drag and Drop to add or remove objects from the Query panel's Query Filter window does not seem to work.

When removing a query filter set to prompt via drag and drop, for example, then clicking "Run Query", the prompt still appears. When saving this same report and reopening it, the filter re-appears.

Using the left/right buttons, or clicking on the "remove" button in the Query Filters window to remove the same object, these work properly.
