1883667 - How do you fix a Web Intelligence error when the Universe has been altered to implement cascading dynamic prompts for the List of Values?

• A Web Intelligence (WebI) document reports off a UNX Universe with multiple prompts.
• The UNX is modified in the Information Design Tool (IDT) to implement dynamic cascading prompts for the List of Values (LOV), by specifying @Prompt function calls in the LOV SQL Expression.
• When refreshing the original WebI document, filling the first cascading prompt results in a SQL expression error when refreshing the LOV for the second prompt.
• The SQL error returned indicates that the SQL expression "@Prompt" function was sent literally to the data source, without substituting it with the actual selected prompt value from the prior cascading prompt.
• New WebI documents created of the UNX do not have this error.  Only WebI document created when the UNX had no cascading prompts have this error.
• This error does not happen in the IDT Query Panel.   This error happens in the WebI Rich Internet Application, WebI Rich Desktop and WebI Web Viewer.
