Symptom

It is required to prepare trace files to help to analyze the issue with SAP Business Client or with the SAP NetWeaver Business Client for HTML (NWBC for HTML).
Scenario 1 and 4 are also applicable for any Web based technology as Fiddler and HTTPWatch are able to capture any HTTP traffic used in the Browser.
