Symptom

  • Electronic communication with customs authorities does not work as expected.
  • Message are not processed or not processed completely or correctly.
  • Message E0010 is not booked to customs declaration.
  • E0010 (Send E-Mail for ABD) not triggered automatically.
  • IDocs are hanging in transactions BD87 or WE02.
  • IDocs inbound processing does not work (message type /SAPSLL/CUS_INBOUND).
  • Shortdump MESSAGE_TYPE_X may occur in /SAPSLL/SAPLLEG_PRN_CUHD_PPF.
  • Shortdump UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION with Exception CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND or CX_OS_DB_DELETE may occur in CA_TRIGGER_PPF================CP, CL_BCS_CUST_PPF===============CP or SAPLFG_DETERMINATION_GUI2_PPF.
  • Shortdump RAISE_EXCEPTION with Exception condition "TRIGGERTYPE_NOT_FOUND" triggered may occur in program "CL_CONTEXT_MANAGER_PPF========CP"
  • Shortdump UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION with Exception condition "CX_OS_DB_UPDATE" triggered may occur in program "CB_BCS_PPF====================CP" in "MAP_SAVE_TO_DATABASE"

        164 update BCST_PPFMD from table DB_UTB_BCST_PPFMD.
        165 if sy-subrc <> 0.
