1884224 - AS Java not starting due to OS resources limit

The AS Java does not start, with the error below on the dev_serverX trace:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Failed to create a thread: retVal -1073741830, error no 11#

Or, when using SAP JVM, with the following error on the JdkDetection_X.txt:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate native memory: Native memory exhausted. Please see SAP note1552973.

Or, when using a newer release of the AS Java:
