1884227 - EUP fields along with their values do not transport completely

Symptom

While transporting the configurations, EUP field values are not transported to the target transport system.

Ex. Business Process field is made non-visible and Functional Area as non-editable in the EUP form. But in the target transport system, customized settings are not reflected. 
You are able to see all the EUP forms you have created, but their field values are not reflecting as per the source system settings.
