Symptom

  • Initial error: "Unable to access the web server.(CUI-10001)"
  • After clicking OK: "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: Could not open the file <bi path>\filestore\Input\a_<number>\<number>\<number>\<number>\objecttypes-guid[<guid here].xml"
  • Clustered CMS or distributed environment.
  • Issue is intermittent.
  • Multiple File Repository Servers are installed and active, pointing to their own local drive.
