1884783 - HTTP 404 error appears after clicking on a link in the User Name column in the Sessions page

• When deploying SAP BI solution on Websphere 7 Application server, clicking on any link under the User Name column in
  the CMC Sessions page displays a HTTP 404 error.
• Followed WAS deployment instructions as suggested in SAP KBA note 1415893
• The exact error message is "404 Missing Page"
• The issue is seen at "/PlatformServices/jsp/User_Properties/properties.faces" URL as seen in HTTP (fiddler) traces
• This issue is noticed in deployments on Websphere Application server (WAS), however the same functionality works fine within a deployment on Tomcat Application server
• The issue is seen despite eliminating any JSF conflicts by setting -
  a. class loader options in BOE Class loading & update detection to Parent last
  b. class loader options in BOE manage modules to Parent last
• The issue is seen despite elimnating possible caching issues by -  
  a. Stopping BOE webapp and removing the WAS cache folders

  AND
  C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\temp\wscache\BOE
  b. clearing browser cache
