Symptom

  • Selecting the 'Web Services' tab in the Web Intelligence java panel or attempting to publish content as a web service returns the error:

HTTP transport error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

or

Failed to access the WSDL at: http://<weburl>:8080/dswsbobje/services/managedqueryasaservice?wsdl.  It failed with: Connection refused: connect
