1884899 - Error: "Server not found (FWM 01003)" when trying to connect to CMC or InfoView / BI Launch Pad

Symptom

  • Unable to login to Central Management Console or InfoView/BI launch pad, get error message "Error: Server SERVER:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null".
  • SIA and Central Management Server (CMS) are both running
  • CMS logs have the following error message: "Error| |>>| | |cms_SERVER.CentralManagementServer| 6784|6488|| ||||||||||||||||||||||assert failure: (.\TransactionManager.cpp:149). (false : DBConnectionHolder - Received 5 retryable errors on connection 1.  Will disconnect. Code 9002, Msg: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]The transaction log for database 'CMS' is full. To find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys.databases)."
