1884941 - Error "ABORT was set in the customer routine 9998" in demand capture

Symptom

  • The demand capture process fails.
  • In the administrator workbench monitor, there is error "ABORT was set in the customer routine 9998" (Message Number RSAU 723).
  • In the corresponding application log, there are many errors with "STOP" icon: "Data for product XXXXXX could not be locked" (Messege Number /SAPAPO/PDEM 406).
