1884991 - ADO.NET: Creating TableAdapter causes Visual Studio to crash - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Creating TableAdapter through Adaptive Server Enterprise ADO.NET Data Provider (ASE ADO.NET Data Provider) causes Visual Studio to crash. If below 2 conditions are both true:
    • Target table is using Data Only Lock (DOL), for instance, data row lock or data page lock.
    • Target table has primary key constraint.
