1885050 - Can't export SWCV by CMS in ESR / Mapping can't be found in runtime

Symptom

You found the following issues on your system and want to know why it's occurring and how to resolve them.

  1. Message mapping can't be found in runtime and GUID is displayed in cache monitoring instead of software component verson(SWCV) name
  2. Can not export certain SWCV by CMS in Enterprise Service Repository even though the CMS configuration is correct and it's in CMS track
