Symptom

  • Central Management Server (CMS) consumes large amount of CPU when the explorer master server is running
  • Large number of CMS Infostore queries appear in the CMS logs similar to the following:
CInfoStoreSubsystem::Query:[UID=10;USID=83744] SELECT TOP 1-1001 SI_CUID, SI_NAME, SI_ID, SI_KIND, SI_ProgID, SI_PARENTID, SI_OWNER, SI_UPDATE_TS, SI_CONTENT, SI_CREATION_TIME, SI_DESCRIPTION, SI_HIDDEN_OBJECT FROM ci_infoobjects, ci_appobjects, ci_systemobjects WHERE SI_HIDDEN_OBJECT IN (0,1) and SI_KIND != 'Folder' and SI_PROGID = 'CrystalEnterprise.DataDiscovery' and SI_CONTENT_ID = 'db4d95be-457f-4a18-95b4-988cecca4008' and SI_CONTENT_TYPE = 'com.businessobjects.datadiscovery.core.model.IScheduledTaskInfo'
