1885501 - Error: "c3_core_error_en_504" is thrown when refreshing Webi document in Rich Internet Application

Symptom

  • Unable to refresh document that is connected to a Universe based on BW.
  • Error: "An unexpected error occurred. Contact your administrator with details of the action you performed before the error occurred (WIH 444444)" is thrown when using the Web viewer.
  • Error: "c3_core_error_en_504" is thrown on refreshing a Webi document in the Rich Internet Application.
