Symptom

  1. An HWA (Hybrid Web Application) is developed and includes a credentials screen.
  2. A user has been previously prompted for credentials and has been using the application.
  3. The user's password has been changed at the backend.
  4. The HWA returns a 401 error rather than prompting for new credentials.
