1885521 - Promoting overrides fails when overrides Data location is changed

• In Promotion management or BI Life cycle manger (LCM) , Promoting overrides fails to promote Correctly when the LCM Override Database Location is changed from the Default location to a another location. Eg. changed to a shared location like \\Bipw08r2-0\LCMDATAAfter
• Wrong data or wrong overrides are seen to be promoted when promoting overrides which are not supposed to exist in the override scan results
• When promoting overrides, LCM seems to always use the overrides database from the "default location" (Eg: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Data\LCM\LCMOverride)
• Applied sap kba 1801682 to reset the network lcmoverrides database folder but issue still persists.
• When you mask the default overrides location Eg. by renaming or making unavailable, and update the overrides data location to another valid location, then promote overrides workflow will fail with following error "The argument has an invalid value null" as shown below.
