1885763 - Error message FTR0203 is issued during change via transaction in T-code FTR_EDIT

Symptom

Execute transaction FTR_EDIT or one of its sub transactions (TM02, TM_52 or similar) to change a deal in the Transaction Manager.

The system raises the error message:

FTR0 203 "Transaction XXXX in company code XXXX in release: Processing not permitted".
