1886045 - Timestamps in the Message Monitor Overview

Timestamps are displayed in the Message Overview monitor's  "time range" drop-down menu. These start/end times differ from the expected beginning/end of a day 0hr 0min, i.e. 0:00 AM.

In the Message Monitor (Overview) of the Runtime Workbench the timestamps are displayed under 'daily' aggregations only.

In Configuration and Monitoring Home (a.k.a. pimon) Message Status Overview the timestamps are displayed for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly aggregations as well.
