Symptom

User running Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1.3 in a cluster with 3 Sybase Unwired Platform servers.  Every 10 minutes they are seeing a CPU spike on the Data Tier cluster host.  All 24 CPUs go to 100% for 3-5 minutes.
