Symptom
- Attempting to log onto the Central Management Server
- Error at logon screen
Error: Server [name]:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null
- Windows task manager shows the CMS.exe attempting to start. It attempts 5 times, but never starts successfully.
- Reviewing .glf logs in the directory ..\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\logging
- Errors generated in the Server Intelligence Agent trace glf file
