1886302 - Can not edit/import/delete object in Integration Builder

Symptom

You cannot edit/import/delete certain object in Enterprise Service Repository(ESR) or Integration Directory(ID). When you try to do it, the following exception will occur:

Caused by: com.sap.aii.ib.core.oa.ChangeListException:
While trying to invoke the method com.tssap.dtr.pvc.versionmg.IVersion.getState() of an object loaded from local variable 'version'

*The exception class could be different in various cases.
