1886534 - Extension Field Added to the Payment Data of Customers is not Visible in Migration Template

You have added an Extension Field in the Payment Data screen of Customers but the Field is missing in the Migration Template for Customers.

When you select Adapt Migration Object of Migration of Customers, system shows the Information No Adaptations available for migration object. But still the field is not available in the Migration Template.

1. Go to Receivables work center.
2. Select Customers view and sub view Customers.
3. Select a Customer and select Edit button and choose Financial Data.
4. In the subtab Payment Data, you have added the extension field.

The feature of extending an Extension Field added to a Payment Data to a Migration template cannot be implemented at the moment due to technical constraints.

Therefore, check whether an extension on the General tab would be feasible for you as extension in this area are supported in the migration process for Accounts.

Note:

• Above scenario will holds good only for the Customer Migration and for the Payment Data tab
• This KBA holds good for both KUT & PDI fields which you have created under Payment Data tab
• Fields which you created will not be available to Migration of Customers
