Symptom

While deploying 7.30/7.20 Support Packages or Patches the process fails with the following exception on the defaultTrace:

  • [EXCEPTION]
    com.sap.engine.services.dc.cm.deploy.DeploymentException: An error occurred while restarting the server.

  • Caused by: java.lang.AbstractMethodError: Class "com.sap.engine.services.dsr.web.DSRWsClientActionImpl" does not implement the requested method "wsCallStarted(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/lang/String;" inherited from interface "com.sap.jdsr.shared.ws.DSRWsClientAction"
