• Accessing Version Management in BI4 CMC gives error "Promotion management application is unable to process your request; Please check you have sufficient rights to perform this actions"
• Version management application settings are configured properly for Subversion which was using default settings
• Subversion service is running on the Unix server where BI4 is installed
• Based on the entries in CMC web application trace (Webapp_CMC_trace.00000x.glf log), the failure is associated with the following error :
