In customizing setting "Specify Requirement Strategy" (Transaction /SAPAPO/DMST), "Category" field (Screen Field /SAPAPO/V_STRAT-ATPCAT) is zet to a certain order category other than FA/FB/FC/FD/FE, so that orders with that category can be consumed. However this setting does not take effect.
