1887139 - Text disappears from Notes assignement block after saving

Symptom

After saving a transaction in WEBUI the previously entered text is not visible anymore (not saved correctly). Instead you get following information in the notes overview page: "Click here to see text". If you try open the text by using this link, nothing happens.
