1887273 - Receive Various errors "Cannot connect to olap source" various users intermittently

• Error can start off with a few users, and end up taking down all of production for all reports
• Issue can affect Crystal Reports, an webi reports
• Issue will cause all SSO users to fail as well as hard coded reports Use KBA 1861652 to test broken reports  with hard coded user and make sure this is not an SSO issue
• Unable to reconnect to the CMS "cms name:cms port The session has been logged off or expired (FWM 01002)
• Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: Invalid confidential channel. (FWB 00032)
• Various other errors have been thrown from this issue, in APS, webi report server, Crystal report server, connection server, web/app logs, end to end tracing.
• The one thing all issues have in common is that restarting the SIA's restores the server.
