1887350 - Sales Rapid mart not using $G_EDATE in where clause, causing delta jobs to return incorrect data sets

R3_BillingFact ABAP Dataflow inside the Sales Rapid Mart should be using $G_EDATE as a selection parameter as noted in the DF comment:

The RM_Sales_DataServicesDesign_EN_XX.doc also mentions the use of $G_EDATE in section 2.5.3.2:

However, in some versions of the Sales Rapid Mart the query in the DataFlow only uses $G_SDATE; $G_EDATE is omitted.

The result is that delta loads will load all data from $G_SDATE to the current date, unless the you manually add $G_EDATE to the where clause.
