Extractors 'CONFIGURATION (CENTRAL TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION)' and 'CONFIGURATION (SAP J2EE ENGINE CONFIGURATION)' fail with error:

"[filesystem] File path [/tmp/filename.zip] is not accessible check the property 'smd.file.root_directories' in the Smd administration UI; canonical path is [/tmp/filename.zip]"
