Symptom
- Unable to connect to the database.
- Error: Unable to retrieve the datasource configuration.
- Problem with Relational Connection in Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
- When attempting to create a new report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, and selecting a Secured Relational Connection, it fails with the error:
"Problem With Relational Connection
There was a problem accessing the Relational Connection on SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform.
Please check with your System Administrator that the connection is correctly configured.
Unable to find servers in CMS <CMSname>:<Port> and cluster @<clustername> with kind pjs and service null. All such servers might be down or disabled by the administrator.
(FWM 01014) There was a problem accessing the Relational Connection on SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform.
Please check with your System Administrator that the connection is correctly configured."
