You are creating a SRM Purchase Order or Shopping Cart, after you have input all the information and push the order button, you are getting an error "Buffer table not up to date" . A dump UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION is issued from BUDGET_SC_CHECK of program SAPLBBP_PD in PROCDOC_CROSS_CHECKS.
