Symptom

• UNIQUE IDENTITY or AUTOINCREMENT column in an IQ database table becomes invalid or corrupt and a load or insert of data fails with

Result Code:Msg 21, Level 14, State 0: ASA Error -1002003: Tried to insert a duplicate value into a unique index

• Failure occurs in module s_ohcins.cxx

• Dropping and recreating the affected index does not resolve the issue
