1888604 - How to Remove Draft of Approval Process

Symptom

You, as system administratior, want to delete the drafts of approvals that appear in the Approval Processes Work Center within the Edit Validity button.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
  2. Go to Approval Processes under Task Distribution view.
  3. Click in Edit Validity button to one of the lines e.g. Default approval process for Expense Report

There isn't a button to delete the related drafts to the approval process.

Resolution

Draft approval processes can be deleted normally from the work center view "Approval Processes" - you may change the filter to "All Processes" to see the draft versions.
