1888640 - Web Intelligence formula displays incorrect result for reports after upgrading from BI 4.0 SP 04 to SP05 patch 4

Symptom

In Business Intelligence 4.0 SP4 have written a formula as = Count([Agent ID];Distinct ) where ([Applied Cases Count]=0 ForEach [Agent ID])). After Upgrading the reports to BI 4.0 SP05 patch 4 from BI4.0 SP 4 this formula displays wrong results.
