Symptom

  • Cannot test connection from SAP GUI to DQM for SAP RFC Server
  • RFC Server is not up or unavailable
  • Error in RFC Connection
  • Error:  Data Services is null
  • Error:  Cannot connect to the WSDL url http://<servername>:<port>/DataServices/servlet/webservices?ver=2.1&wsdlxml.
  • DS Error:  Access_Violation
  • Postal Validation (PV) is not working
  • RFC Server cannot access Data Services WSDL URL
  • SAP GUI Connection Test Error:  Error opening an RFC connection
  • SAP GUI Connection Test Error:  Program FLRFCBTC not registered
