SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1889196 - Correct prompt values are not getting passed from member selector to Analysis for OLAP prompts.

Symptom

  • Analysis for OLAP does not understand the variable prompts and it changes the value selected after click ok from the member selector
  • A Red X will appear on the prompts window stating that the values are incorrect so it will not proceed further
  • The issue does not happen if the info objects are used on the background filter
