Symptom
A role has the following hierarchy of content:
Scenario 1: Role role1 -> Page page1 -> iView iview1
Scenario 2: Role role2 -> iView iview2
Administrator has enabled the Report a Problem option directly to the tray of any iView that enables portal users to access the Report a Problem iView and also enabled the same option to the Page Title Bar in the framework page. In scenario 1, the page does not have the property to enable the Report a Problem option to the tray. In scenario 2, the Report a Problem option does not appear in the options of the tray of the iview.
