1890136 - Custom BRF expressions not triggered

Symptom

  • There are custom Business Rule Framework (BRF) expressions maintained for the approval and not all relevant approvers are appearing at the approval preview, even though the customizing is correct.
  • The class CL_EXPRESSION_BASE_BRF method IF_EXPRESSION_BRF~GET_SUBEXPRESSION throws the message BRF 543: &1: Subexpression &2 is not part of the dependent objects.
