Symptom
When scheduling a migrated report to email, the following error message is displayed:
"Your request was refused because you do not have the right "download" on report xxxxx.rpt. Please ask your system administrator to grant you this right."
Environment
- Crystal Reports Server (CRS) 2011 SP4 PAtch 12

- Migration from BusinessObjects XIR2
Reproducing the Issue
- Migrate Crystal Reports from XIR2 to CRX2011. Their schedule properties are set to email destination, with an email address already entered: firstname.lastname@email.com
- In CRS2011, with a user that has all the right needed, schedule the report: it fails with the error mentioned.
- Schedule the report and re-type the email address before scheduling: the schedule is success.
Resolution
The schedule properties might have been corrupted during the migration. Retyping the email address at schedule time fixes the issue.
