1890408 - An error occured during the execution of UPGRADE/APP_MIGRATION/RUN_APPLICATION_MIGRATION phase

Symptom

A problem occurs during phase RUN_APPLICATION_MIGRATION while upgrade of SAP Netweaver Portal to 7.30 or higher from lower version.

An error occured during the execution of UPGRADE/APP_MIGRATION/RUN_APPLICATION_MIGRATION phase.
Phase UPGRADE/APP_MIGRATION/RUN_APPLICATION_MIGRATION failed with the following message:

Error while executing migration of the following application(s) sap.com/tc~epbc~prtc~resourcebundlemigrationmodule(CSN component
EP-PIN-PRT). <html>The following <b><a href="http://service.sap.com/~form/handler?_APP=01100107900000000342&_EVENT=DISPL_TXT&_NNUM=1378048"> SAP Note 1378048</a></b> may contain solution for the problem.
