1891207 - Dump SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC in ME12 after deleting scales - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

  1. After clearing the value of Scales in T-code ME12 and saving the info record, user receives update error.
  2. In the meantime, short dump SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC in program SAPLV13A can be checked in T-code ST22.
  3. The correction report ZKORKONP in SAP Note 62514 can correct the problematic info record. But as this problem is reproducible,
    user wants to know the reason.
