1891251 - User mapping information disappears in Identity Management with Read_All action only

Symptom

  • You want to maintain key users to modify the user mapping data in Identity Management. 
  • Other normal users will only have read only authorization to display the user mapping data.
  • After assign action Read_All to normal users, they can't see the user mapping data (system and user).
