1891413 - SUP 2.1.3, Seeing this error "Unable to obtain last modified date for graph with id" in the SUP Log after applying patch PATCH_10067_2.1SP03PL02

• After applying  patch PATCH_10067_2.1SP03PL02  seeing this error in the Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1.3 Server log. Notice the DataService log module is set to "DEBUG".

• The Cache DB is not getting updated.  The Cache refresh is being rolled back due to the above message in the log
• Engineering needed the stack trace from the Domain log shown below.
